Key feature – the unit automatically turns off the delivery of basal insulin in response to a low preset threshold range of 60 to 90mg/dl. The infusion of basal insulin is blocked for up to two hours and can be resumed by the user at any time after the suspension. The Enlite Serter utilizes a 38% shorter insertion needle which is hidden from the users view and increases angle insertion to straight in.
